FAQs:

What do I bring to the Color Run?

  1. DON’T worry! The color is non-toxic.
  2. DO wear sunglasses or swim googles to protect your eyes
  3. DO bring a change of clothes and/or an old towel or plastic sheet for your car.
  4. DO bring a bandana to cover your mouth and nose if you plan to get doused.
  5. DO bring a ziploc baggie for your phone. You will want to take pictures, but you don’t want to ruin your phone.
  6. DON’T wear anything you don't want color on! The color may or may not come out of your clothes and shoes; wear old ones that you don’t mind getting colorful.
  7. DO wear your Greenwood Color Run 2019 white t-shirt and accessories! You can also go ALL OUT with white headbands, shorts, knee socks.
  8. NOTE: Sunglasses, bandanas, and headbands are included incentives for Gator Raisers who earn them at the $25, $50, and $75 fundraising levels!  Remember to visit the "Decoration Station" at the Spring Fair to personalize all of your Gator Raiser gear!

Will there be food available?

Yes!  So much food, so many choices!!!

Gator Grill: This year, we will have our Gator Grill Masters serving up hot dogs, hamburgers, and cheeseburgers from 1-3 pm!  Get yours early before they sell out! Chips and beverages will also be available to purchase a la carte, or as part of a combo deal!

Food Trucks: We are also pleased to announce Kona Ice, Holy Crepes, and Cheeze on Wheels food trucks will be joining us again from 1-4 pm with their delicious offerings for sale.  A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the PTA!

Is the paint used at the run safe?

The paint is designed for entertainment purposes only.  It is water based and not designed to paint your house. The paint is non-toxic and skin friendly.

Can I eat or drink the paint?

NO, NO, NO!  Please don’t eat or drink the paint.  It is not intended for consumption. If you are hungry, feel free to visit the Gator Grill, Food Trucks, or Edible Sand Station (make your own pixie sticks!) during the Spring Fair!

Is the paint washable?

The color run paint is designed for easy cleanup and also washable off of skin and hair.  Please keep in mind, paint may stain clothing and other lightly colored surfaces.

What time(s) will be student(s) run?
