Parents or family members who would like to volunteer regularly in the school or who would like to chaperone a field trip will have to complete two requirements.

The first requirement is an MCPS mandated online module on Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse and Neglect (a link is included below). Once the module has been completed, you will receive a certificate that needs to be turned into Mrs. Lee. Once Mrs. Lee receives the certificate, you will receive a Greenwood Policy Form for Volunteers. This will need to be reviewed, signed and returned to Mrs. Lee. After you have completed both requirements, you will be added to our list of approved volunteers and you may contact your child's teacher for volunteer opportunities. Volunteers who are already on our list of approved volunteers do not need to complete the training requirements again this year.
